Every Onyx Peptides order is dispatched by tracked UK delivery in plain, unbranded packaging. This page explains exactly how your order is packed, and why we pack it this way.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Every order is sent by tracked UK delivery and your tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships.

What you receive
Every order arrives in a matte black padded envelope with no branding, no company name and no product names on the outside. The padded envelope protects the contents without the bulk of a box.
- Pre-filled pens are sealed inside a medical-grade self-sealing sterilisation pouch, keeping the pen clean and sealed until it is opened. Needle tips are included loose in the same envelope.
- Vials are always packed in a rigid, clear plastic vial tray with a clip-on lid, inside the same envelope. Each vial sits in its own moulded pocket, so vials cannot knock against each other in transit.
Temperature in transit
Standard UK delivery does not need cold packs. Our peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at room temperature for well beyond the time a parcel spends in the post. Pens spend very little time in transit, and typical UK temperatures keep parcels cool for most of the year, so they arrive in good condition.
On arrival, refrigerate everything straight away at 2 to 8 °C. Do not leave parcels in direct sun or in a vehicle. During hot weather we recommend choosing next-day delivery at checkout; contact us if you have any concerns.
Why we don’t use presentation boxes
Many sellers now ship pens in white magnetic presentation boxes with a foam insert and illustrated injection instructions printed inside the lid. That format imitates consumer packaging for prescription medicines, which is designed to guide patients through self-administration.
Our products are supplied strictly as research materials for laboratory use. They are not medicines, so we do not package them as medicines or include self-administration instructions.
A presentation box is, in the end, cardboard, a magnetic latch and a foam insert. They are costly to produce, and most are generic off-the-shelf designs finished with a different logo. They add nothing to how well the product is protected: a rigid vial tray or sealed pouch inside a padded envelope does that job. We would rather pass the saving on in our prices.
Damaged or delayed parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or tracking stops updating, contact us with your order number (and a photo of any damage) and we will resolve it.
