Cancellations & Refunds
Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will cancel and refund it.
After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Our products are sealed research materials supplied for laboratory use. For health, safety and product-integrity reasons we are unable to accept the return of any product once it has left our facility, in the same way that sealed hygiene goods and perishable or consumable items are non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items: This policy does not affect your rights where an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. If that happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will put it right.
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary consumption.
